My recycled china birdbath made from a garage sale dish and salvaged porch spindel
One of my favorites - my Grandmas vintage parrot vase perched on a yellow bowl and hot pink Victorian porch spindel.
Another birdfeeder - this time I added a bluebird salt shaker.

These are a few of my birdfeeders and birdbaths made from recycled vintage china and salvaged porch spindels. I love searching garage sales, junk shops, auctions and my own cupboards for unique combinations to feed and water our fine feathered friends.

pennyzw writes: In response to a question about how these stand up, I drill a hole in the bottom and put a 6 inch metal stake in the bottom, so that they are easy to pull up and move or dump the water out of the bird seed. This allows the spindel to remain above ground. Posted: 10:31 am on May 6th
